Born and raised in Newark, N.J., I moved to Georgia as a teenager. Always motivated and driven by the love of my Single American mother who helped me develop my relationship with God.  I am a very PROUD mother of 1 son. I am also very proud of my Guyanese roots I inherited from my Guyanese father.

Being the oldest of 8 children in a single parent household taught me a lot of great leadership and survival skills. It taught me how to be a go-getter and how to make something out of nothing.

I have always been encouraged by my family and believe all things are possible through Christ Jesus.

​

Growing up we had our highs and lows. There were times when everything was normal. There where times we had to live in our car, shelters, with family and foster care. We once lived in a house with no lights, running water, or gas for an entire year. LOL..my family fell so far behind paying rent, the landlord came and took the hinges off the front door in order to get us to move out! My mother simply put them back on! I can laugh at it now but it wasn’t funny back then.

I became a teen mom at the age of 18. I was an A/B student in school but I had to drop out of high school because we moved so much that my graduating credits fell too far behind.

 

Although I had to overcome so many obstacles I never once thought my life was over. Because of my faith I always had hope.

I was determined to make a better life for myself, son, and siblings.

I started my first business at the age of 9yrs with a newspaper route. I thought I was a BILLIONAIRE!!

I began my corporate career in Banking and Finance with no high school diploma or GED.  After working at the bank for 2.5 years I got my GED. I knew if I wanted to go any further in my career I would need it. 

After working in the industry for 7 years and acquiring education, I had several successes.

I began my own successful mortgage company helping first time home buyers achieve the American dream of homeownership and becoming a 6 figure income earner. 

 

I have always been one to diversify my options, never believing I should have all my eggs(income) in one basket. That belief became more prevalent after 9/11. I began my Direct Selling business alongside my mortgage company.

I quickly became a Top Sales Director completing the Leadership qualifications in (63) days. I also earned my first company car in (60) days. I was the #1 Rookie in my  National area for helping the most women begin their businesses. My desire has always been to help encourage, train, motivate, and build successful female entrepreneurs creating long term wealth and financial freedom.

 

These successes allowed me to purchase several homes, cars, toys and provide for my family. Excited by these new successes I became very busy and lost focus of the main thing..GOD! God taught me a very valuable lesson. No matter how financially successful you become, He is always to be the MAIN existence in your life.

I found myself losing it all, in a toxic narcissistic relationship and not being motivated as I was before.

 

God has a funny way of teaching us lessons, and for me, it was navigating through that toxic relationship, gaining peace of mind and my financial independence back. Through  much prayer, fasting and the unwavering support of my family, God set me FREE!

I became a property owner again and gained my financial free by becoming debt FREE!

 

The most profound transformation came when I discovered the key to true freedom – freedom in Jesus. Embracing a deeper connection with spirituality and self-discovery, I learned to find solace, strength, and purpose. It's a journey that continues to unfold, and I'm excited to share it with you.
